How do I book, and is there a minimum?

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. We have a 1.5-hour minimum booking time, and the retainer applied toward your total.

What areas do you service?

We serve events across Southern Louisiana and Mississippi. Events located more than one hour from Covington, LA may be subject to a travel fee.

How long does each service take?

Service times vary based on design complexity, but on average:
Face Painting (3–5 min) | Balloon Twisting (2–4 min) | Caricatures (5–7 min) | Glitter Tattoos (2–4 min)

What kind of products do you use?

We use only high-quality, professional face paints and cosmetic-grade glitter that are non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and safe for skin.

What are your cleaning and hygiene practices?

We follow strict hygiene practices, including using one-time-use sponges, sanitizing tools between clients, and maintaining a clean, professional kit at all times.

Do I need to provide anything for the artist?

For most services, we require a small table and two chairs per artist (picnic tables are fine). For outdoor events, a covered or backup area is required in case of weather, as we cannot perform in rain or extreme conditions.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Retainers are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to offer a rain check based on availability, and your retainer will be applied to your new date.

Can I adjust the time after booking?

Time adjustments can be made depending on artist availability, but are not guaranteed.

Do you offer multiple artists for larger events?

Yes! For larger events, multiple artists can be booked to reduce wait times and accommodate more guests.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, as dates fill quickly.
