What kind of paints/products do you use?

We exclusively use high quality, non-toxic, hypoallergenic face paints and glitter from professional grade brands.
All products are carefully selected to ensure satisfaction and client safety.

How long does each service take?

The time each service takes varies depending on the complexity of the design. Below are average times for each service:

Face Painting (3-5 min) | Balloon Twisting (2-4 min) | Caricature Drawing (5-7 min) | Glitter Tattoos (2-4 min)

What is required to secure my event?

A non-refundable deposit as well as a signed contract are required to reserve your event date and time.

The deposit is applied towards the total amount due. 

Is there a minimum amount of time that I have to book?

Yes, there is an hour and a half minimum booking time.

What is the cancellation/rain-check policy?

If there is a cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible. We do accommodate for rain checks; however, it will be subject to artist availability. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. For rain checks, the deposit will still be applied towards a future event. 

Can I adjust the time of my reservation after booking?

Yes, however it will be subject to artist availability, so it is not guaranteed. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and credit/debit cards.

Do I need to provide anything for the artist?

For face painting, balloon twisting, and caricature drawing a small table and two chairs are required per artist. Picnic tables are also acceptable. For outdoor events please have a backup location for the artist in the event of inclement weather as we cannot perform in rain, extreme wind, heat, or cold.

How do I remove the face paint/glitter tattoos?

Face paint can be removed using soap and water or baby wipes. When removing the paint, be sure to do so gently as to not irritate the skin. Glitter tattoos can be removed by gently using an alcohol wipe or rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball.

What areas do you service?

Art on the Geaux services all of Southern Louisiana and Mississippi!  

Distances greater than 1 hour from Covington, LA are subject to a travel fee.

Do you come to events as a vendor?

Yes! We love doing vendor events, as long as we have exclusivity for our services.

Do you volunteer your time or make donations for charitable events?

Absolutely! I am a huge supporter of charitable organizations and my team, and I love to help out whenever we can!

During the year we select several charity events that are close to our heart and community to give back to.

What are your cleaning/hygiene practices?

We take cleanliness very seriously and put into place multiple ways to ensure a safe and sanitary kit including but not limited to cleaning all supplies after every use, one time use sponges, multiple water cleaning containers, using specialty skin safe, hypoallergenic cleaning supplies, and frequent disinfecting.
